Instructions on how to request a new user account for MedRS
National Medicines Regulatory Authorities (NMRA) can request a MedRS user account to support the design and management of their post-marketing surveillance program utilizing a risk-based approach.
To obtain access to MedRS:
Click the Proceed button to access the form and complete all requested fields
After submission of the form, please request an authorized officer (Head, Deputy or designee) of your NMRA to confirm your designation as an authorized user via email sent to USP at MedRS@usp.org; processing will proceed after this email is received
Upon completion of your request, you will be notified via e-mail to the address provided in the form
